Small Groups

What Are Small Groups?

Small Groups are Bridgepoint’s groups of 8-12 people that meet together each week to grow, learn, have fun, and build healthy new relationships. We call it “doing life together”. We believe the best way to apply God’s word to your life and grow in the health of your relationships is through a Small Group.  At Bridgepoint, Small Groups are the best way to meet the needs of our adults and we place a high value on group life and living connected. Why Join A Small Group?

Living Connected – Your Small Group will be a great way to meet new people and build healthy relationships that can last for a lifetime.

Personal & Spiritual Growth – Applying the Word of God to your life in a real and personal way, in a comfortable and non-threatening way, with everyday people like yourself.

Doing Life Together– Discover a community of people who can encourage you in your day to day life, and help you in practical ways, while providing opportunities for you to do the same.  We call it ‘Doing Life Together.’

Serving Others – Your Small Group will be a rewarding place to discover how you can be a friend, encouragement and help to someone else in need.

Impacting My Community – In your Small Group you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the Treasure Valley through participating in creative service projects or participating in our Serve Sunday community service project.

New to groups or need to reconnect?

Looking for a group to call home? Or are you new to small groups? Then Starting Point is for you! At Starting Point we explain how and why we do Small Groups and create 4-week starter groups for people who are either new to group life or for those who want to get connected again. Even if you have been out of a small group for a while or have never been in a small group, starting point allows you to experience group life in a relaxed and non-threatening way with people in your same stage of life. Each of our 4-week groups is lead by one of our small group coaches. After 4-weeks, starter groups continue as an established Small Group. Starting Point classes occur every 6 weeks and are held at the church campus.
